End User License Agreement (EULA) – Blackroots

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Dizzy Games governing your use of the video game Blackroots distributed via Steam.

By installing or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Game is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the Game

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works

  • Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized software

  • Bypass security or networking systems

3. Online Services & Communication

The Game may use multiplayer, networking, chat, and voice features.

Voice communication is not recorded.
Chat is not permanently stored.
Limited technical data may be processed for service operation and stability.

Online services may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. Security & Anti-Cheat

Optional anti-cheat or security systems may be used to detect cheating or abuse. Enforcement may include suspension or permanent termination.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to cheat, harass, abuse, exploit bugs, or disrupt services. Violations may result in termination without notice.

6. Future Features

The Game may introduce dedicated servers, backend systems, moderation tools, analytics, anti-cheat, or account features. These will operate using only minimal data necessary for functionality and security.

7. Purchases

Digital purchases are processed by Steam. Dizzy Games does not store payment information. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.

8. Ownership

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Dizzy Games.

9. Service Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time.

10. No Warranty

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

11. Limitation of Liability

Dizzy Games is not liable for data loss, progress loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages.

12. Termination

This license terminates if you violate this Agreement.

13. Privacy

Use of the Game is also governed by the Blackroots Privacy Policy.

14. Age Requirement

Not intended for users below the legal digital consent age (generally 13+). Contains violence, horror, and flashing lights (PEGI 16).

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer laws apply.

16. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.

17. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time.
